I really liked the tree silhouettes in your photo. I tried capturing them in a late sunset light and got similar results. Longer exposure times always pose a challenge in keeping them sharp, especially when windy.

OK, let's try this again.
Haven't posted pics here for a while. Since, I'm bored today, thought I might post a few that I took over the summer.
Enjoy

Watch the crop, the right tree is missing it's head.

Stupid trees, being all tall and ruining compositions.

I know. I wanted to keep the left one only but the frame looked too darn narrow...

Nothing too exciting, just some small sailboats down at the South Glenmore Sailing Club.

Got my x100s in. Thing is really, really cool. Bit confusing at first, but starting to figure it out. Will post pics once I get something worth posting.

thanks!
i use the AEO lightning strike II
it works really well. i know there are newer models available on their webpage. i think i got mine for around $120-$150 a few years ago
http://aeophoto.com/
it just slides into the spot that an external flash would go on the top of the camera

This is one of my Lightning Strikes from a couple weeks ago. I used the Bulb method for this one, so the foreground is a little washed out.
Spoiler for size
