I really liked the tree silhouettes in your photo. I tried capturing them in a late sunset light and got similar results. Longer exposure times always pose a challenge in keeping them sharp, especially when windy.

sooooooooo pumped... got my new body today!! canon 70d!!!

battery is currently charging

the body didn't come with any memory cards so i scooped one from my wife's camera and hopefully it works!

a crazy thunderstorm rolled thru kelowna around 5:30 this morning....














yes... i have a lightning sensor... and it works really really well!!!

i use the AEO lightning strike II

it works really well. i know there are newer models available on their webpage. i think i got mine for around $120-$150 a few years ago

This is one of my Lightning Strikes from a couple weeks ago. I used the Bulb method for this one, so the foreground is a little washed out.
