Why do I think the Stamps are going to need one more loss from the Riders to make the playoffs?

I'd be willing to bet that's exactly what happens. Both of these teams are terrible. But the Stamps will get one against two teams with nothing to play for. Riders will lose out.

As much as the league / refs tried to get the Riders into the playoff, they just ain't a playoff team.

I expect the Riders will lose to the Argo's to close their regular season, and Calgary will probably win next week and get trucked by the Bombers.

That was a display by two very bad football teams.

Early in the season I just wanted to see Edmonton reach new lows. Now it’s about the potentially 6-12 Stamps winning the Grey Cup. This league is hilarious!

What a bizarre football game. I have never watched 2 horrible football teams play like they just did. Riders in control only to fumble the game away. A Stampeder offence that generated zilch until late in the ballgame and yet they find a way win. Crappy Football League at its finest.

I usually happy and excited after a Stamps win, but tonight, I'm just happy they won and not excited. We won because Riders just out bad us.

Was at the game for my first time this season.

Both teams were brutal for the most part. Glad we pulled off a win with a decent late drive that was most of our offence for the whole game.

One of those terrible teams has to make the playoffs…. Yikes. Neither can be better than 7-11, but one could conceivably get in at 6-12.

Three if you count the officials, who were the most inept team on the field

Can we stop with the knocks on the league?

Every league has teams that are bad. I mean I didn't judge the NHL by how bad the Oilers were/are.

Bottom line, these 2 teams aren't good. That's fair to say. But I would say the CFL game has been pretty good this year with a lot of exciting close games.

Winning the grey cup at 6-12 Jake as QB could be the greatest accomplishment in sports history.

In 2001 I believe the stamps won with a losing record.

Anyone else remember Marcus Crandall ?

Trying to forget him, regardless of the GC win.

No Grey Cup for Calgary this year imo.

Be nice to keep the playoff streak going.
