You've just killed Rachel Ray's career.

My mom and I owned a vietnamese/thai restaurant for a few years. I still can't find a better pho or thai curry than the ones she makes and she's Switzerland white!

I'm intrigued. Maybe the Swiss German equivalent to Pho would be geschnetzeltes served over egg noodles?A rich mushroom/meat dish as opposed to the light noodle/meat soup?
My mom makes geschnetzeltes all the time, takes no time at all and is incredible. Also a house staple along with white people tacos haha

Cheese like a cheese fondue.

I had a cheese fondue in Geneva, it was wonderful until I got the bill.

Damn doom scroller algorithm got me a few months ago and recommended I tried making a spicy instant noodle + cheese sandwich. It's way too damn good. I tried doing that with a wrap and that too was way too damn tasty and awesome as a food format.

After trying the first variations, I'd try others like spicy lobster ramen, add cheese and that to a bun and it'd be like an elevated lobster roll without lobster.

I discovered Shin Ramyun Toomba Stirfry ramen a few weeks ago... that #### straight up without modification in a croissant is really damn delicious.

As much as I like cheese fondue, it's often too much and too heavy. A spicy cheese ramen sandwich/wrap kills that craving without feeling as dense as fondue... and it's so damn easy to make.

I added butter to Shin Ramyun to accomplish something similar. But the ramen sandwich is next level.

The processed cheese slices in Korean army stew though... Army stew is so damn good on a cold winter day.

Agreed. Whenever I make tacos my wife questions why I make so much. They're the perfect leftover food, and I could eat them every day and die happy

We used to get the Sunspun beef noodle cups for ski days, and put chunks of extra old cheddar in, then load it with those little pepper packet tubes you crack open. So good.
