Our liberal government has destroyed our economy and made our dollar worthless, so we can't leave.

No the liberal government has not, Troll. If you don’t like our great country, then leave. GFTO. Go apply for citizenship someplace else.

So you think the US is going to just take over Albertans bank accounts and portfolio's which are mostly with Canadian Institutions and give you US dollars at par and makes ya rich?
If our dollar is so worthless and getting destroyed by the minute like you think...wouldn't it be best to jump ship now? I mean in your eyes it's only getting worse.

There is nothing great about Canada anymore. Our economy is destroyed and we are taxed to death and both our media and government are completely corrupt. Your vote doesn't count outside of Ontario, so it's not even a democracy. Canada is a broken sinking ship.

Not that it means anything outside of time foil hat stuff, but I don't think Alberta separating means it becomes it's own country. I believe the end game for separation will be to become the U.S's official 51st state and then it gives the U.S a massive wedge to which they begin their political annexation of the rest of Canada.
I bet that's the actual real scenario the Trump admin and the UCP are actually trying to angle things toward behind the scenes.

And probably would have, had Harper not screwed that one up. Left with the option of abandoning the project or doing what it took to get it done, you could say Trudeau was forced to spend billions to save a project Alberta really wanted and needed after Harper failed the project by poor governing.
This is the problem with people like you, you can never be satisfied. There is no good enoguh, no compromise, and certainly no way to satisfy you. When met with people like that, they should be ignored, not attempted to be pleased, because you can't ever come to a conclusion. There are always more grievances and demands. This is why negotiating with Trump is pointless. What I'm saying is you think in the same way the stupidest person on Earth thinks, and we should in no way listen to you.

If you think that is the case, wouldn't a wise person leave a sinking ship? So are you just too dumb to do that? I presume you know where the border is, go grab your red cap and try not to drown.

We could start a go fund me if you need a little boost.
How does the "poor victims of the Trudeau government relocation fund" sound?
People around these parts seem to be doing pretty well in spite of it all, so you might be able to get out soon.
Good luck stick man!

What a load of garbage. Consevatives simply could not get out of their own way in the previous 4 elections, they're the ones that cannot adapt or move more to the center. They're the ones that keep losing the elections. It's not the libs blocking their path to power, it's their own stupidity.
They had this election literally served to them on a silver platter and did nothing to adapt and move the needle in their favor while the Liberals put in just a tiny bit of energy to adapt to the lay of the land and literally walked to winning the election.
And if the west votes don't matter the liberal government would be a majority and not a minority government. If you actually look at the results it's tells you the people wanted change but the cons didn't give them a confident reason to make that change.
It's not the Liberal elites ruining your day, it's the stupid idiots who cannot run a conservative party in real time that lost a gifted election.
Stupid to think otherwise.

By not adapting you mean the cons didn't bribe the mainstream media and have the NDP tank their party on purpose to transfer the seats to the liberals and gerrymander, Chinese interference, etc etc.

Nothing great eh? You petulant, spoiled little child. You have clearly not experienced life outside of our country, likely not outside your province. Canada is an exceptional place to live, evidenced by the tens of thousands of people immigrating here every year, the millions visiting here every year, the high standard of living index and being internationally recognized for quality of life. Our natural resources are the envy of many countries, our innovation and drive as a nation is engrained in our culture with numerous notable technological, scientific and medical achievements.
If you don’t like it, leave.

The high standard of living that declines every year and is currently lower then every single state in the USA including Mississippi? And the natural resources our left-wing government wants to not use?
