That's tough. That 4th set tiebreak was for £240,000 in the semifinals. That's hard to shake off.

Just to put things in perspective, Chris played Gabriel Diallo at a challenger event in Seoul, South Korea less than 3 months ago. Gabriel won the first set, but Chris won the next two. Of course, Chris won the Mallorca grass event for his first ATP title just prior to Wimbledon. A tremendous stretch of tennis.

Let's hope Charlie is properly hydrated between now and Sunday. We are in for a great end to Wimbledon on both sides

Well, that was a pretty routine win for Charlie in the end. Holger likely running on fumes after that match versus ADF and in all honesty, he was very lucky to get that win against the Spaniard. He had a pretty tough match against Grigor as well.

The two men's semifinals look intriguing. Medvedev and Sinner have their work cut out for them.

Is the answer because Fed made an ill-advised net rush back in 2019 on match point?

Hoping for an Ons vs Svitolina final, however, if that happens I will have absolutely no clue who to cheer for in the final

Too bad. A Sabalenka Svitolina final would have been extra spicy.

Pretty crazy how Czechia continues to develop tennis players - The men have dropped off from their glory days (although Jiri Lehecka looks to be a future top 10 player), but their depth on the WTA tour is incredible.

Not sure if that was a comeback by Ons or a let off by Aryna (likely a bit of both), but Ons was down 4-2 in set 2 and reeled off four straight games to force a 3rd set.

Speaking of glory days has any other nation fallen as far as Sweden? From 1974 to 1992, Swedish men won 24 of the 76 Grand Slam events and since then zero. They were at one time a tennis factory, now the best they have is the Ymer brothers.
