What if whatshername takes Eldrick to the cleaners? Imagine what a bitter, focused, poorer Tiger would do the PGA. He might get that second billion out of all this.

I don't think Mrs. Woods is going to leave. Did Kobe's wife leave him?

So far none of the women I've seen are as hot as the wife. You'd think Tiger could do a bit better.

Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And maybe those other women are willing to do stuff that his wife isn't?

MEH.... I never liked Tiger anyways. I always thought he was too cocky and arrogant. This scandal looks good on him.
P.S. Stephen Ames doesn't like him either.

I can appreciate the value of a uh, woman with "loose ethics", but I would think a guy like Tiger can get one who can bring the quality goods and still deliver.

That's probably because Ames doesn't get to nail as many nightclub hostesses as Tiger does.

These kids are going to be reminded of it a ton as they grow up in the spotlight especially if somehow a divorce transpires. Obviously we have different feelings towards it I just think its gutless to cheat on your wife when you have two kids at home.

I assume at least part of the motivation for marriage over continued single cavorting is the increased marketability it would bring. A married family man can be sold in different ways than a single man, and in the golf market it seems it would be even more valuable. Obviously that whole thing has backfired, but we've seen more severe accusations polished up and largely forgotten over time (see Bryant, Kobe). If Tiger continues to be dominant on the course this will only be a blip on the radar long term.

George Clooney's filthy rich and can get any woman he wants, so of course he wouldn't marry.
You, my friend, are not George Clooney.

I think this is being blown way outta proportion. So he likes a little booty on the side, most celebs do. People cheat every day, no big news here.

Not every person is the richest athlete in the world and possibly the most dominant athlete to ever grace any sport who preaches a squeaky clean family-man image. Not to mention the possibility of having been chased down the street by his wife with a golf club smashing in the car windows as he ran over a fire hydrant and then into a tree.
Of course this is going to create a buzz.

I don't see Tiger taking a big hit on endorsements to be honest. A large demographic of people he reaches are guys that play golf(obviously). They have enough income to be able to afford whatever $70 shirt Tiger is wearing, as well as playing a $30+ box of balls.
The same guys lay their best line on the young lady working the refreshment cart, or running the snack bar at the turn. If they don't say it, they're thinking it.
All while the wife and kids are at home, or soccer practice, or wherever they are. This "transgression" will do little to impact his appeal to these guys.
Of course, his appeal is broader than that, but this is a large chunk of who actually buys his wares.
