anyone got nhl 10 for xbox thats hates it and wants to sell it?? My dog chewed mine (even the disc) so not sure if it works, cant afford to spend 70 again

Find a friend (like a fellow CPer) that has bought disc protection and buy them a 6pack to come to the store with you and swap out for a new one.
I just bought 2 nhl10's (extra for brother) and 1 warranty for the same reason.
They won't take return for open wrappers though, so dont listen to rhettzky

When they never informed me that they changed their "no late fee's" policy, and I had to pay, where were the ethics?
You should have at least tried the store. I have had games that don't work properly so I brought them back and they only checked 1/2 the time whether the game was even in the case, let alone scratched, etc.

i didnt have gthe case either as it was shredded. I am fine with paying the 29 i did to do it properly.
I traded some games in so it didnt cost me 70 to begin with
