I’m watching F1 but I might tune in if Qatar can deliver the goods.

Isn’t it based on centre body mass anyway, not legs? Because that would be dumb. And if we are taking about legs, the goalies leg was still further back.
But even then, there was a line of players all in a line. Taking away that goal is ALWAYS going to be 100% against the spirit of the rule.
