It's dumb. But they stumbled to the main point. Nugent is the Oilers version of a Selke player . AKA a forward who knows how to play basic defense.
And it's easy pickings on Lindholm right now because he's ice cold to begin the year.
Hell, our own CP fan base has already began turning on him. By game 30 He'll be public enemy #1.

the Puljujarvi elbow
the Zadorov puck toss, and
the hold by the Oiler that was called
they got 1 of the 3 of them, them made up 2 others for good measure

My observations: The Oil keep flying the LW, and keep missing that stretch pass, when they get possession in the center of their D-zone. Flames need to be prepared for it, and, perhaps have someone try to jump that pass. Defensive coverage has been ok at even strength, but they needed Markstrom to keep them golden on the PP. Not a lot of Oil chances, but, they are trying to get McAvi just off the RW post, who has been trying to force the puck back across the crease.
On O, I think throwing some pucks at Skinner's feet, and crashing harder, might get some results.
