Did you know that Mitts McCain played with Lanny MacDonald for the Lethbridge Sugar Kings of the AJHL back in 1969? That was an amazing season for the Sugar Kings, they went 27-17-6 that year!
People were talking about that amazing season so much they completely missed this little thing the Americans were doing. Some dude named Buzz was apparently doing some sort of walk-a-thon? Maybe for charity? They were all talking about giant leaps and steps and whatnot.

And not many people know this, but the guy who drove the zamboni at the old Main Street arena where mitts learned to skate had a stall at the farmers market where his wild asparagus plants were woven into little pucks. Mitts and lanny put those asparagus pucks into the hall of fame where McDavid was inspired to eat his vegetables upon seeing them during his time with the upper Yonge street lower Canada raiders.

Missed the game but reading different sites it really is weird how everyone goes on and on about Simmonds. WTF was he challenging Perry to fight again for? He adds nothing and yet everyone seems to think he is some super leader, as a longtime Flyers fan he lost any leadership ability about 2015 and has lived on reputation since then.

Ron obviously forced his way back into the position, but Sportsnet did George Stroumboulopoulos wrong.
The sooner they get rid of Ron, the better since he's way beyond his expiry date. The only point of even having him around was because of Don Cherry.
At least it seems they are grooming David Amber into fully taking over.

They did George dirty. That was grim.
I like Amber actually, I think he's got the chops of a good host. Ron is an attention whore. Its like as soon as he was freed of the shackles of being Don's custodian he went off the deep end.
I think its fairly evident that nobody gives a crap about Ron's half-assed poems and prose.
Its hockey, not a poetry slam.
