Kinda needs to happen in a hurry. American Thanksgiving on the horizon and history suggests only a couple teams currently in will be out by season's end.

Well, he didn't get called up to be the #1 goalie. He just took over the job when he came up.

They didn't make trades during that skid though. Then, the night they broke the slump they announced a trade for Joey Mullen within 30 minutes of the win.

I believe they had a trade worked out early on in the slump but Fletcher wanted to wait for them to win a game before making the trade.

The multi player trade for Mullen (Feb. 1, 1986) was made 3 1/2 weeks after the 11 game losing streak ended.

Is Mullen available now?

He is precisely what this team lacks personnel wise. Offensive RS/RW who could battle for the puck with the best and win.

No doubt.

Mullen was such a beauty. So tough. Such a gamer. Lindholm actually has a little Joey in his play some nights. Need that badly right now.
