Yeah I do think it’s part of it.
I’d add Hanifin, Tkachuk, Lindholm, Mangiapane, Dube, Andersson to the list of guys that show emotion with Lucic. And really that’s the group of guys on the roster that weren’t really talked about in the offseason.
The rest of the team looks out of it though. Whether it was because they were so heavily criticized on the offseason (Monahan, Gaudreau, Backlund) or because they were in trade rumours (Brodie, Frolik, Jankowski) they just lost all of their mojo.

Every time the Knights are on the TV from Vegas, I'm reminded just how much the Flames spoil us rotten with our in-game experience. Music from the 80s, the same intermission games / videos that have largely remained unchanged, cheap and junky concourse food.
