This is going to be interesting...Hitch is going to implement a defence first system with a team whose fans are used the skating run and gun style. Wonder how long it is going to be before the fans call for Hitch’s style to be replaced with something more entertaining

Meh, Hitchcock is still 10x the coach Gulutzan is, so disappointed they didn't defer to gg.
Im curious to see what defensive minded coach can muster out of a team filled with defensively useless players....

I think whats going to be more interesting is that Hitch is going to attempt to implement a 'defence first' system with one of the worst defence corps in the league and, quite frankly, the more time McDavid, Draisaitl and RNH spend playing defence the less they'll be scoring.
And the less they'll be scoring the less the Oilers will be winning because if one of those three isnt scoring then nobody is.
