Players today are highly conditioned athletes. They can handle playing on back to back nights with little travel in between. They have been doing it since their Junior hockey days, so this notion that a team who played last night is going to be tired and is at a massive disadvantage today is just false. Does it play a part? Sure, but to a minimal degree.
If it were really and truly this great disadvantage to do so where a team should never win, the league wouldn't allow it.

Have to agree. This is their job. I'm sure they can all play hockey 2 nights in a row, and at a high level. The back to back thing is blown way out of proportion.
I don't think think they ducks were any more tired then from when they played the Oilers
