You wouldn't believe how many times I asked that question of my QB when I was coaching last year.
It happens when a QB is under pressure and pushing things hoping that he's on the same page as his receivers.
Its not always the QB's fault especially on timing routes.

This should go in the offseason thread, but the tears of Seahawks fans are tasting fantastic today. There is a faction in that group who truly are the Canuck fans of the NFL.

It's hard for me to pick who to root for in the Dal / GB game. Dallas is a far more compete team and the only times the Falcons lost this year were when the opppsing team controlled the clock and presented a balanced offense. As soon as teams have to play catch up by two scores or more they are done cause they have take risks and pass every down. Green Bay would be favorable since as SCD mentioned they are decimated in the secondary, have now lost Nelson and have little pass rush. But Aaron Rodgers is a freak, basically carrying the whole team on his back and that scares me.

Pretty hyped for the game, can the Cowboys keep it rolling under playoff pressure? Can Rodgers carry his team to another post season win? Hope it's a good one

I really think the player pointing after gaining a first down needs to go away.

Rodgers zoning. Hard to see the Cowboys winning without taking chances.

The shot of the Cowboys bench with Dez and the receivers says it all. This game could be real ugly.

Pretty typical NFL reffing, missed a pretty obvious defensive holding on Dallas. Was there something else?

Apparently if you are a Cowboy corner you can just grab receivers anytime you want with no impunity.
Thats just terrible to miss twice like that.

Refs are so bad Devante Adams is literally having his jersey ripped off the pads and no holding call. Also Troy and Joe heating up hoping for the comeback

It's such a joke the NFL doesn't have full time officials.

Amazing play calls....yeah don't run the ball when you've finally had some success doing so. Give the Packers precious time with TOs left. Sounds good
