Agree. The guy has been Sha-poo-pooed on here a lot, but the team's poor start had a lot of contributing factors. I thought he was playing decent despite team struggles personally. Tough to separate goalie performance and team performance sometimes.
The best thing that could happen for the Flames is Chad continues his strong play and Elliott gets back to his standard. A lot of people here willing to write him off pretty quickly.
