The magic # is 2.

2 shootout losses gets it done. Wins aren't required.

There needs to be an ISO standard for magic numbers.

The magic number for games is 1. An OTL or SOL is 0.5 of a game

The magic number for points is 2.

It's 1. Magic number counts wins and losses, not points. Wins count as 1, losses count as 1, OT or SO losses count as 0.5
