Win!

Let's see if they can respond to Zaun's comments that this team has no killer instinct and can't complete a sweep

I cant decide what i like more...red sox losing or jays winning.

I do know that the Jays beating the sox is my favorite thing.

Very exciting to see the Jays tied with the Yanks for the division lead and in sole possession (by a half-game) of the second wild card spot. All I want is meaningful games late in the season. Been fun watching the Jays lately!

After last seasons abysmal start this has been pleasantly surprising.

I just hope they are in this position by the time the Stanley Cup playoffs are over.

The Jays just need to keep winning series and avoid the usual 8-10 game losing streak.

Tough series coming up against Oakland. If they can win that series and the one against the Rays things will be looking good.

Buehrle vs Lester today at 4 ET, so a little afternoon baseball for me on the west coast.

How badly do you guys wanna make the playoffs and watch a playoff series this GENERATION?

Would you trade guys like Sanchez or Strohman for a proven pitcher like Samardzjia?

This is a super rare year where the AL EAST winner could have less than 90 wins. If we get some pitching and our bats continue to contribute, we could be right in the thick of it come September.

Personally, I would trade every last one of our prospects to watch October baseball. I'm sick of 20 straight years of meaningless ball.

Absolutely agree. The time is now for the Jays to make a move.

Stroman, Sanchez and Norris for Samardzija.

That would give us Buerhle, Samardzija, Dickey, Hutchison and Happ, which is a whole hell of a lot better than having Redmond as a fifth starter.

First time I've been able to sit down and watch a game in awhile. Like what I'm seeing so far.

These reviews are pretty painful at times.

I agree with Buck, letting the manager slowly walk out to talk to the ump while someone in the clubhouse checks the tape is making this terribly slow. There should be a time limit for a challenge.

...........and then they get the call wrong anyway. Pillar was safe. MLB needs to address this and tinker with it after the season.

Yet another solid start for Buehrle.

7 IP, 7 H, 2 ER, 0 BB, 5 K's. His ERA is now 2.16, and unless the pen collapses he will get win #8 of the year.

EE with a few great defensive plays today, had another one on Ortiz right now. He's doing it all.
