Definitely legit calls. My issue is the two missed calls for goalie interference. If you are calling legit penalties, call them all.
Plus the boarding call to Byron was ridiculous.

One guy cross checked the other pretty easy to single out a guy there when Halpern didn't do anything.

Backlund crossed check Halpern and Halpern walked away when he saw Backlund coming. I think that was not a bad call.

I lost count of all the picks and goalie interference calls that should have gone against Phoenix this period alone, which is fine if that's the way the game is going to be called. To decide to bring out the whistles for one team in the third period and let the other continue to get away with that crap is bush league. If Wortherspoon's was a holding then a half a dozen hooking calls should have been handed out long before that.
