Did Chan fall twice and screw up another landing?

You know, in all of this, Luongo has had a really good game, making some saves in spite of not being involved for long stretches. I doubt it matters because they're probably going with Price anyway, but I almost wish they'd let him keep the net as the gold medal incumbent.

Subban almost killed himself there. Don't think I'd blame him for that though, where was his partner?

It's a blow out but there's a chance multiple teams will finish 3-0. Goal differential is important as Sweden has +8 and Canada is +7 right now. Plus Subban is on the fringe of sitting in the press box. Blow out or not, it's important as a team to keep pressing and important for Subban to show he can bring more than a hard shot and a few offensive zone dangles.

I don't watch the Islanders often, but I didn't realize how good Tavares is.

Bad habits and goal differential matter.

It's a blowout, why is Subban too deep in the offensive zone looking for the 7-0 goal?

Were I coach, those are things I would staple players for.

Crosby is so ridiculously composed all the time.

Excellent recovery by Crosby but that was a really obvious penalty.

He hasn't looked great, but that one went off his shin pad, he didn't just lose it off his stick.

Correct. My mistake. Point remains - goal differential could be an important factor.

I wasn't referring to the pass that went off his shins, I was talking about the puck he lost in the defensive zone that led to about 10 seconds of possession for AUS.

I just lost my live feed online. This had better not happen during a game that matters.

EDIT: Seems to be back up, so of course I have to watch some more ads.
