Too bad. I also don't understand this 10 minute mini game stuff. A third game means more revenue and a more valid way of determining who the champion should be.

The league would prefer a best of 3 but its not possible for a number of reasons the biggest being building availability

Definitely a disappointing loss, but the season was pretty entertaining. They really needed the same kind of defense they had in the first game, but that didn't seem to happen.

Poulin lost it for them. Just some brutal goals at brutal times in both the main game and mini game. He's a very average goalie on an otherwise championship calibre team.

Good group of guys that deserved a better result. All these players worked their tail off they were heart broken to lose being up 2.

Poulin is either hot or cold. When he's on his game he can steal a win but when he's off his game he stinks. You never know from one game to the next which Poulin you'll get.

Governor and Chief Operating Officer John Bean has been nominated for NLL Executive of the Year. My prediction is that this is the only award that will go to Calgary.
The Roughnecks were shut out in every player category awards.

Philadelphia Wings have announced they will re-locate for the 2015 season. It looks like after 28 years of competing for entertainment dollars in a major multisport city, they just weren't getting a large enough share.
