Casey really has to do a better job with JV. JV is now the #3 or #4 option in some games for the big body on the floor.

What's wrong with that? His offensive game is still developing, and the team is winning some games.

Ya I agree with Chill.. He is doing fine in the time he's been given and with a few more pounds on his frame and another year understanding how to play the game will be that much better when he does get starting minutes.

Well, I see the development increasing by giving him some meaningful minutes in crunch time.
The team goes into triple OT and he still doesn't get 30 minutes on the floor. That is not development - that's confidence killing.

With some players sure...but he sure doesn't look like he is losing any confidence. Seems quite positive.

The best thing for confidence is being a part of a winning team, and playing quality minutes. JV is still a young player who needs his minutes managed. There are certainly times where I'd like to see him get more touches, but I think his development is going really well so far.

Please just go back to these full time starting next season rather than a few appearances.

Hell no. That is one hell of an ugly vintage jersey. Good memories, ugly jersey.

No way, its a wonderfully unique jersey. A bit corny? Yeah sure but their current unis are very boring and the one's Drake wants them to go with are horrible.
Plus, these are the unis they wore to beat the best NBA team ever, the 96 Bulls. Bring em back!

Another nice win tonight for the Raps over the T-Wolves. Lowry with the triple double, he has been a monster all year and is earning the pay day this summer. Really like how this team has come together, can't wait for some playoff basketball! Go Raps!

Tomorrow's game in Brooklyn is one of those rare 3-point games, with the possible outcome of Toronto win + Brooklyn loss + Raptors clinching the tiebreaker.
A win would drop their magic number on clinching the division from 18 to 15, meaning that if they finished the season even 10-10, Brooklyn would still need to go 16-4 to catch them.

Question is who would you rather play in the playoffs. Nets or Washington?
I'd rather they ended up against the Wizards. Stay away from all the playoff experience of the Nets.

The Nets may have experience, but their overall age/health may keep them from winning a seven game series. My gut says the Nets.

Nets worry me.
All those Celtics guys know how to just do enough in the regular season and then turn it on for the post-season.

The Raptors should easily beat anyone in the East not named Indiana, Miami or Chicago. Whether or not they do is another thing, but they match up well with all the teams below them.

I'd love to play the Nets in the second round, by which point they should be totally broken. First round though, they could do some damage. Though I think Toronto matches up better against them than most teams. Of the four teams they could most likely play, my preference would be:
Washington
Brooklyn
Charlotte
Chicago

The only team I see the Nets beating in the first round is the Raptors (unless the Raps lose the division to them and they get a weaker opponent). Pacers, Heat, Bulls will destroy the old home Nets.

I think the Raptors could take out the Bulls.
I could also see them being swept in the first round by anyone.
