Calgarypuck's PS3 NHL 13 Connected GM League

Some initial impressions of the rosters:

- Wow the Flames with Malkin, Lupul and E. Kane. Pretty good core I'd say.
- Pretty cool seeing Datsyuk stay in a Wings jersey.
- Stamkos in an Oilers jersey is just wrong.
- Crosby also stays in a Pens jersey... I think that's built into the game. With fellow Canadian Nash on his line, that's pretty damn scary.
- Even in NHL 13, Luongo can't get off the Canucks
- Overall pretty balanced rosters, I don't think anyone should be too disappointed although I know I want to make some moves soon

Also sent my join request. Can't wait to start managing my team, and I hope I don't massively fail lol.

My "top players" are Tyler Myers, Brett Burns, and Bobby Ryan.

Can you manage your roster from the app? I refuse to drink the Apple Koolaid, but my company's got an iPad that we use for software testing that I can use.

I gave permission if you guys want to play games with your current rosters already. They have to be human-human matchups though. No games against CPU are allowed until the official start date.

I got a few promising players, but my depth is non existent and my goal tending is downright awful. Devan Dubynk is my starter..someone shoot me.

Anyways the highlights are
Evgeni Malkin
Evander Kane
Adam Larsson
Jakub Voracek
Derek Stepan.

Then a few good complimentary pieces in Lupul, Ryder and Vrbata.

I will be leaning on my top six forwards by the looks of things.

To take advantage of the coaching option if we don't want to play and don't simply want to sim, we all have to Enable us to play against the AI or CPU of each team.

Ugh, in both of my randomized leagues I've gotten a bit below average roster and Phaneuf , good thing he's the most overrated player around.
