Let’s gooooooo! Yao is such a massive piece.
Assi is intriguing, nice to have another winger in the mix!

Yao back is awesome! And from what I've Assi is an absolute baller.
A couple of loans that address the team's needs. Love it!

Love it. Yao is a key piece to get back and Assi is intriguing. 22 players announced at this point so room for one more. I think one more defender would be useful.
GK: Carducci, Farago, Roloff
D: Field, Yao, Klomp, M. Trafford, Norman Jr, Aird
M: Adekugbe, C. Trafford, Camargo, Escalante, Fisk, Simmons, Loturi, Di Chiara, Assi
F: Mason, Novak, Musse, Bevan

Still think we're missing a Julian Buscher-type in the middle; wish he'd just come back home to Cavalry.

I know it is narrow thinking, but the Cavalry need a legitimate scoring threat. It was hard watching them control the pace, but struggle to finish last season. I mean it was easy sitting out in the sun and having a beer, but you know.

Mason is as good of a scoring threat as you get in this league. I think the lack of quality in the midfield and on the wing was more of a concern. Think the Assi signing helps that.

Aird was 5/5 on penalties last year. Should help.

Assi is a big loan signing. Not sure how physical he will be with men, but he has a lot of offensive skill. Great loan signing.

If Mason stays healthy I think we’ll be better than last year. Novak can’t be as poor in front of goal either, at least I hope so! It was almost comical some of his misses last year.
I think the service from the wings will be better if Escalante is able to play higher up the pitch which means Field needs to stay healthy. Service in general was so poor last year and getting Escalante forward should help that out.
I’d like one more left footed/left sided player as cover for Field/Escalante as that still sticks out to me as a hole on the roster. That seems an easier hole to fill than an attacking midfielder.

I’d be curious about playing Camargo in a little deeper role to facilitate the transition from defence to attack. Seems like there are lots of wing options now so could be a possibility.

Cavalry are doing an away kit reveal, roster unveiling and Canada / Panama watch party at the Rose and Crown on March 30.

Glad the sash is somewhat back on the primary kit.
I assume that most of the away kits will be released at the same time around the 30th, as the primaries were yesterday? And, hopefully the league is a little more creative than sticking everyone with a black away kit again.

I'm really hoping for non-camo green kits.
