His serve is an absolute weapon. Wimbledon is his only chance tho. The rest of his game isn't quite at the level it needs to be. What's weird tho is that he used to have a much better baseline game and you kind of saw that in this game. Send like some regression hit.

Yeah, the biggest thing holding Hurkacz back is his forehand, serve is top 10 and his backhand is fine as well, but that forehand is weak for a player as highly ranked as he is. He is good at the net (volleys are fine and he has soft hands), but that forehand can be exploited.

You'd think his forehand could be improved upon fairly easily. Hopefully him and his coach work on that aspect of his game.

Man, Ons made short work of Petra Kvitova today 6-0 6-3. This is not to say that Bianca would have done the same or something similar, it's just that it looks like a missed opportunity in retrospect.

Just realized this... Hurkacz got broken only once on his serve in 4 matches at Wimbledon. And now he's out of the tourney.

Well, with Leylah going out in mixed doubles just now, that means there are no more Canadians left at Wimbledon.
/Haven't checked the junior draws to see if any Canadians are playing.

Charlie just went round the post with a beautiful backhand winner. Bweh has competition for shot of the tourney.

Holger Rune is through to his first Wimbledon quarter-finals with a four set win over Grigor Dimitrov. Really high quality match from both guys, Holger just won the majority of the big points.

I didn't realize that both of them were in the range of 5'8"-5'10".

Pegula was up 4-1 in set 3 and had a point for a double break. Instead, Vondrousova reels off five straight games to win the match.

I'm always amazed how tennis players have the ability to reset. Svitolina lost in a tense tie breaker after having the mini break and comes back and takes a 5-1 lead in the third set.

Amazing performance from Elina as you say NF to refocus after losing that second set tie-break.

Not exactly an easy draw for Elina (lest we forget she gave birth only 9 months ago).
