I know you saw the play, I was just posting it for those who didn't (most people don't watch the Titans ) I think they called it a tipped ball and not a pass.

Well that is quite obviously not tipped. But if the argument is, I guess, he never "had possession, so it can't be a pass", then offenses need to start scheming to exploit that loophole. Could be great for red zone offenses.

They explained it as the lateral was backwards, which I don't think it was, but I guess that works. Bucs ready to throw away that great start with a questionable fake punt that backfired.

not really a Lawrence fan but nice to see him playing well. nobody should have to go a year with Meyer coaching him. Pederson is pretty good

Well, the initial reciever would have to be in bounds when he bumped it up (backward or forward) and there would have to be another reciever open and within a few yards of that.

Don't think OC's want two receivers that close to each other (means there is probably two defenders around) nor bumping footballs randomly in the air like volleyballs for anyone to catch.

Tampa gets away with DPI and then get called for defensive holding. They whine about the call...

The NFC is gonna have the Vikings and Bucs as division winners, I think we know which conference is pure feces.

I think that's allowed, you're not out of bounds until your feet hit the ground. It kind of like players throwing the ball back from inside the end zone on a punt.

Decent chance that the Bucs still blow their division lead.

Neither the Bills nor the Chiefs look particularly impressive over the last number of weeks. Either picking up squeaker wins vs teams they should destroy, or finding clumsy ways to lose. No one in the NFL is really wowing me lately with the exception of the Niners. Maybe the Bengals too depending on how they close out this game. I guess the Eagles too, despite only sqeaking it out today.

Well it's not like it matters who wins the NFC South, it'll be one of the worst playoff teams ever....who will get the Cowboys in the first round, so hey decent shot they are into the divisional round. This is just a very mediocre season overall really.

NFC South and AFC South winners meet in the Super Bowl.

Brady having maybe the worst half of his career. At least he didn't lose his family for this season or anything.

A lot of it has to do with traditionally great or good QBs having brutal years. Brady, Rodgers, Wilson, Stafford, Ryan...

Herbert and Carr also worse than last year.
