Victory Monday! It sure feels great. Even though the Chiefs won last week, it had to be the worst football game I had ever seen in my life (unless your a fan of punting, then it was awesome!). This week sure feels good to upset the defending Super Bowl champions.

2-0 without LJ, while the Bengals lose to Oakland with LJ averaging 2.5 YPC. Life is good.

Ouch! According to Adam Schefter, Steelers would be starter Charlie Batch requires wrist surgery and will miss the next six weeks. Third string QB Dennis Dixon has thrown only one NFL pass.

AFC South matchup in the Monday Night game tonight. Tennessee (3-6) vs Houston (5-4). The game is more important to Houston in the chase for a Wildcard spot. We play there next week and they are a really good football team. Should be a good game tonight.

Surely Roethlisberger isn't going to miss any time, is he?

The Steelers might be on the horn to Green Bay to try and get Mike Reilly back since he knows their playbook.

You should be a fan of the kicking game...both facets of it...because the Chiefs are exceptional.

Ryan Succop and Dustin Colquitt are outstanding.

Kris Brown misses a 49 yard field goal to end the game, Titans win.

Kris Brown, feel free to throw yourself off any bridges you may pass on the way home from the game. You are pathetic.

I thought the one he missed 2 weeks ago against us was way worse as it was a short kick. This was close to 50 yards.........but he missed it by so much. Vinatieri returns in 3 weeks or so, and it should be interesting to see what we do with Stover.

Thing is he has always been better at hitting the long ones as opposed to the mid range kicks. Having him out there to kick between 45-50 is his bread and butter. The two misses tonight have him at 11/16 on the year which is absolute garbage, especially considering he kicks in a stadium with a roof half the time. I don't know whether they cut him or not after this, it would be sad to see him go as he's one of the last original Texans on the team and he has been money for us the last two years but man..two games that should have been in OT. That is completely unacceptable.

FML. I can't wait for the day cheering for the Flames, Texans, Jays and Raptors turns around and I start seeing some championships out of them. Every single one of my teams is a notorious choke artist, consistently losing games they should win. Can't stand it.

Tough way for the Texans to lose again tonight, but as a Fins fan, I needed the Titans to win.

What a dogfight it's going to be.

Colts 10-0
Bengals 7-3
Patriots 7-3
Chargers 7-3

Those are the 4 division leaders.

Then:

Jaguars 6-4
Steelers 6-4

As of today these two teams hold the wildcard spots but:

Broncos 6-4
Dolphins 5-5
Texans 5-5
Ravens 5-5

Those 4 teams have a shot at the wildcard as well.

That Steelers @ Ravens game this week will be huge. I'm sure most of the other teams will be hoping for a Ravens win.

The Elite teams in the NFL and AFC South find ways to win these close games. The Texans are still a long ways away from being a contender in that division.

For someone that thought Vince Youngs career was over, I will eat my words. Crazy to think what the Titans could've been this year had he started from week 1.

My hope is that the Texans and there fans will be a wee bit depressed after losing a primetime game to one of there biggest rivals and the Colts can walk in there and keep dominating that franchise.

We may be 13-1 vs them but they are usually close games. Last year down 17 with just a few minutes left and we won........this year a missed FG that is made 9/10 times and we won. I expect a close game. Houston has a great offense. The game coming up this week is the one that I am most worried about (Jacksonville and Tennessee games will also be tough with the way they are playing).

Wow, I'm not so sure the Titans are out of it right now. It is starting to look like it's very possible that there could be a big group of 9-7 teams this year. Although with 6 losses in the AFC to start the year that pretty much forces them to post 10 wins and hope thats more than anyone else. But for a team that got lubed up 59-0 they have come back in a way I didn't think was possible.

I'll tell you one thing..if somehow the Titans did make it I wouldn't want to play them one bit. A motivated Jeff Fisher team with a strong defence and a great running game is a scary combination. That being said, I don't think they make it.

Roethlisberger "seems to be fine," a source close to the situation told the Post-Gazette yesterday. Roethlisberger took various tests yesterday to determine if he sustained any type of concussion, and while those test results were not available, the source said he did not think the quarterback had a concussion. He should play Sunday night in Baltimore.
If he doesnt go...former Oregon Duck Dennis Dixon would be the QB after Charlie Batch busted his wrist Sunday.

The Green Bay Packers got some much-needed help at cornerback Monday, and although his name likely won’t ring a bell with many fans, ex-Denver Broncos cornerback Josh Bell may very well be able to help the team Thursday at Detroit
Any info on this Guy Dis? Other Bronco fans?
