Navigating to the photo on Flickr, then copy the URL ( http://...) from your browser bar and paste it here will do.
Flirck can also generate code for you, go to the photo and click the "more ways to share" icon (box with an arrow coming out), and there you can choose either "Grab the link" (does the same as the first method) or "Grab the HTML/BBCode" (and select BBCode).

You need to upload to a website first.
Imgur, Flickr, Picasa, Photobucket, Ipernity, etc.
Then post from there.
