Heck that article is pretty much just stealing from the Guardian article.
Anyway, carry on.

Trump didn't even appoint him, didn't know who he was. Federalist Society did

The Russian disinformation campaign is working really well. Amazing to watch America get dummied so easily by their enemies.

There's been some reported concerns from the Ethics Watchdog that Hunter Biden is selling his art work which has been valued as high as $500K a piece. One can get a Matisse piece for the same amount of money. While it's not the same as Trump giving his daughter and son-in-law jobs in the WH, it's also a concern that this is happening, as a buyer could leverage their purchase of one of the paintings to secure support from the WH on other things they have an interest in.

A President's adult children making their own money from their own job is somehow comparative to Trump giving his unqualified children jobs in the Whitehouse?

Well, I did say it's not the same but I think the potential of someone using it as leverage for purchasing his son's art is there.

Not really sure it'd be a leverage tool per se, I would think of it more as just an indirect bribe. I'm sure we will have much scrutiny of the buyers list, and it will cross referenced with the WH visitor logs and any new bills Biden signs coming up. Still, as far as Murica goes, a former crack addict selling art for $500,000 a piece just a few years after kicking the rock is pretty close to peak Murica.

The White House is keeping the buyers anonymous. They say it's to prevent buying access. Biden could never approach Trump's level of corruption but this arrangement still seems fishy to me.

At the same time I also profess to not knowing anything about art, so how would I know if anything he does is worth $500,000? Pollock literally just threw #### at the wall and his works sell for tens of millions.

I find this less egregious than his last job making millions as a board member of a Ukrainian resource company despite not speaking Ukrainian, or having literally any experience in the field. While that same company made billions from deals his father could influence.

One of the worst things about MAGA's rise has been it has allowed some neocons to have a kinda, sorta, rehabilitation of their image. Like take Liz Cheney. She sucks, I don't like almost anything about her policies. But then she tells someone even worse, like Jim Jordan, to #### right off, and you're left torn: On the one hand she's still a neocon warmongerer, on the other.....yeah, #### Jim Jordan.
