I've been to pre-roof US Open and lost a full 2 out of 3 attended days due to rain. eff that, never again, if I was a multi-billionaire I would buy a roof for every grand slam court down to No. 18.

tennis should be outdoors as much as possible. but when precipitation screws up scheduling so bad that you have players unfairly not getting days off (or worse the dreaded 2 matches in one day), or the long mid-match delay that completely changes the momentum and outcome...nah put a roof on that motherf####

Is the second round the earliest that both Williams sisters have been knocked out of Wimbledon?

Edit: Confirmed by Christopher Clarey's tweet below.

Andy broken trying to serve out the 4th set. Otte back on serve and looking to end this match before the curfew hits.

Edit: Andy breaks in the very next service game and we are indeed going to a 5th and deciding set.

Shapo must be loving this, had the day off while these two go at it for over 3hrs.

This is getting pretty good deep in this 5th set as the crowd is providing Andy with a ton of energy.

Shapo will have to bring his A game because the crowd will be insane.

Speaking of crazy UFE numbers, Kenin just lost in 45 minutes with 41 UFEs....

Tough viewing choice on Friday as I'm sure Andy and Shapo will be late on Centre Court. Italy - Belgium or Andy vs. Denis?

Coco Gauff has an excellent chance of making a deep run with all the top seeds falling in her section of the draw. The other Coco has just been eliminated from the tourney.

Thompson was up a break in set 3, but had a bad 20 minute spell of tennis and Nishikori takes set 3 7-5

Edit: Jordan Thompson regrouped in set 4 and eliminated Kei.

Enough with the goddamn split screen coverage, if I want to watch another match I’ll just change to the 4 other channels showing Wimbledon. The worst part is you get sound from both matches simultaneously, so it’s impossible to actually concentrate on the one you want.

Felix vs. Ymer have just started and Felix starts with a break. Ymer was about 10 minutes late arriving to court and doesn't appear to be fully awake at the moment lol

That's a big game right there for Felix, down love-30 on his serve, he plays four nice points in a row to snuff out a potential break.

Felix wins the opening set 6-4. A few too many unforced errors as compared to his opening round match, but his serving is certainly a strong point again today.

woof, that's a very poor service game from Felix. Forehand has gone missing all of a sudden.
