I just recently started trying out the striker, and it is taking a bit of time to figure out when to use shoulder charge. I'm definitely not getting the most out of the class, as I'm basically playing it like I would my hunter. Storm fist hits like a freaking truck though. If anyone has even a slight bit of life taken off it is a OHK.

Do yourself a favour and take your striker into a mayhem game with a Telesto. Basically the best thing ever anywhere. Like a bull in a china shop.

Go on...

I recently broke my right hand falling off a bike. It's going to take like 2 months for me to wear this cast, so I thought I'd give Destiny a try playing with one good hand and 2 fingers on my right hand. It was an interesting experience, especially a couple of close calls close to the end of the game.
I'll see if I have any video clips saved on my PS4, but basically in mayhem you can telesto for days, so you just stock up on special ammo, use telesto to push people behind a corner, and then sharp corner shoulder charge. It's a hoot!
I was finally able to down oryx on hm yesterday. What a pain that fight is. I got some 315 hunter legs, the normal raid hand cannon and the auto rifle off of oryx. Pretty good haul I think.
Correct me if I am mistaken but if I run kf on normal now I won't get any loot? I'll have to wait a week to run it again. Same with hm.

Correct. You get HM and NM drops when you do HM. Also, mouldering shards are essentially useless when you start running HM more consistently, since the shards only give you an extra normal drop.
But if you have more than one char (which if you aren't, you should, because each class and subclass does actually bring something new to the game), you can run it multiple times a week.
I think my raid crew is finally starting to wear out, especially with no really new content on the horizon. But I'm okay with that. I'm at 950 hours with this game! That's good value if you ask me! I still can't stop entirely until I get my Garrison though, so I'll probably still break the 1000 hour mark in the next few weeks lol.

Agreed that the content has sort of run out. The desire to play had greatly diminished, so I'm hoping for some news soon. Has anyone heard anything? I can't seem to find anything myself.

Maybe we'll hear something this week when they come back from vacation.
They have said there will be an event similar to Festival of the Light, followed by the "biggest update since launch" What the means yet we have no details.
We know the "live" team is in charge of Y2, but I'm my opinion it should be easy. Update all the previous strikes to lvl 40 and add them back to rotation. Same with PoE (update to current levels) Bring raids and gear to LL 290-320 LL and add challenge mode. Anyone remember the challenge in VoG to not let the Templar teleport? Boom. Challenge Mode. I would love to have VoG and CE raid sets at current light levels. Add more infusion fodder weapons for all.
Make it so Trials and IB run all week. You can still make them reset weekly, but make it an option all the time. Same with SRL.
Give me options Bungie, you made everyone buy the previous content, at least make use of it.
Tried a bit of Inferno Clash last night. Haven't really played any Inferno before, but man was it hard. I never realized how much I depend on that compass for spacial awareness until it was gone.
Couple things I could have done differently at the end, like not missing the firebolt or the pushing for the rez after the last kill. Still a pretty cool sequence.
Nice snipe on the BD in that one. Probably a good call not to use the rez.

Thanks. Oddly enough with Sunsinger I've developed the habit of holding onto my Radiance even if I'm not running self-revive. Just a unique super on its own where it's still entirely reliant on your skills (shooting, tossing grenades, avoiding lethal damage).
