Outrage against the party in control often wins mid-term elections in the US. Motivated turnout vs apathy for the party in control. The whole Trump dynamic super charged motivation on both sides so will be interesting with him out of the picture what happens.

The website recruiting participants for the proposed class action suits also featured a link to donate, and the Republican National Committee sent out a fundraising appeal invoking the suit as well.
