It's factory fill in most vehicles these days and it's superior oil. I would recommend it in a newer vehicle but if you have an old engine that's been running fine on dyno oil you may want to stick with that.
Nope. Not really as excited about the new GTI or Golf R. Due to dieselgate VAG has really cut back on the quality on VW's and lower level Audi models. Check out the cost cutting on the interior of the new S3 vs last gen as this guy goes into the little details of where they are cost cutting. Cheaper plastics, cheaper door cards, lots of little quality details removed, and bare metal in the hatch under the cover. The Golf interior is even worse. Nicer interiors were always a reason to get into a Golf over the competition and now their interiors are no better or even worse than the competition it doesn't seem like it's worth putting up with typical VAG reliability especially with prices increasing as the GTI is a pretty expensive car today.

Oh man, I'm well aware. That's why I need to see it for myself and was wondering if anybody else has. The announcement of the new GTI a year or two ago was a huge disappointment and I still can't quite believe it's as bad as everybody says. It looks worse, it feels less premium, interacting with it sucks...I just have to see this. I was so hoping they'd somehow make some changes before it hit North America to address these glaring drawbacks.
So the Integra has been revealed and it's a car alright.
Hah, yeah I looked at that last night and thought the same thing. Yep, they made a car that looks exactly what you'd expect an average car to look like. Certainly weren't breaking any ground on the exterior styling here. Hard to get excited over that.

Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with how generic that looks. At least it's not over designed, but the teaser images made me hope Acura had finally come out with something good looking again.

I don't mind the look of it at all.
What are some style components/changes you were hoping to see?

Lets be honest, if it didn't have that decal on the door bottom it could be any other bland Acura. Re-imagine the late 90s version and you'd have a winner.

I don't really have any specific design advice other than to say, that's all you got?
An example of a car that surprised me with its styling/design/performance from one generation to the next is the new Corvette. Like, I looked at that and thought, wow, some fataing effort and innovation went into that thing. When I see one it turns my head. It looks like a super car.
I know the Integra isn't going for supercar, but I wish it had done something that didn't look like an evolution from 2001 - 2006 of your average, everyday car and was more exciting. It's 2021 and you're showing us such a meh. Maybe if they showed us a Type R with something to stir up something in me I'd have been happy, but this isn't it.
I will say this...I'll take a modest, safe evolution over BMW's new grills on wheels. You can take "daring" too far, that's for sure. I just would be hard-pressed to buy this thing. Nothing stands out.
The Maverick is going to kill it out there. What a great truck at such an awesome price:
I've been really critical of small trucks on here but I actually really like the Maverick. Yes it's not super capable, but unlike the Ranger, it actually seems priced appropriately. It's not just a small truck that costs almost the same as a bigger truck, it's a small cheap truck that's actually cheap which imo should be the whole point.

Yeah, the Ranger is so weird. Super outdated (I think it's been sold forever in other markets despite it being newish here) and it costs way more than it's worth. Plus it looks lame (IMO).
The Maverick is going to be the perfect truck bar none for municipalities, small businesses and just people who want a little truck to run around in. Doesn't work for me, but I love it that it's out there. I hope to see The City of Calgary operating these soon. That would be our tax dollars spent well.
