So, we expect more than 20 runs against this time?

I hope not.
What I do expect is that the Jays won't score many.

Rough game last night, and I just turned it off after Kay was brought in. Just kept on going from bad to worse, though Fisher did start the slide. Daily jays though, from now till the end of the season (and beyond hopefully)

I’m going to try and put a positive spin on the matchup tonight and say that Roark is due for a good start, and that Cole has given up a ton of HR’s this year and isn’t as dominate as in years past. So maybe there’s a chance?

Between Montoyo's inability to manage his bullpen and his inability to put together a lineup, it really is remarkable that this team is fighting for 2nd in the division. I see Shaw is hitting 3rd again today, why? Gurriel is tearing the cover off the ball and he is hitting 6th. The fear of having two lefties back to back is overblown, get your best hitters as many AB's as possible. It's not rocket surgery.

Looks like Matt Shoemaker did all Jays fans a solid and hit Fisher in the knee during a simulated game. Fisher is headed to the IL. They have activated Teoscar.
All jokes aside as much as I don't think Fisher belongs in the majors you never want to see anyone get injured.

Just heard that on Tim and Sid. I’m smiling ear to ear thinking that Shoe did that on purpose. Hopefully that’s the last time we see Fisher anywhere near this team.

Ha. An opposite field cheapy by lemahieu. Any other stadium that’s a fly out. 1-0 yanks.
Edit. And schulman confirms that the only ball park that HR had the distance to go is at Yankee stadium.

Matt "Tonya Harding" Shoemaker
but, I agree, I was fuming yesterday and when upset I almost made an injury comment, but realized before I typed it out that I was the #######.

Single and HR by the 8-9 hitters. Well done Roark.
That might be it for this game...

Jays need to have longer at bats atleast, so Cole gets to a higher pitch count so we can get into the bullpen.
