Remind me again how the Oilers are a contender? They can’t defend and their goaltending is trash.

Unfortunately I think the Oilers with the support of the refs might take this series now, when you are so close to going up 3-1 and fail to do so it generally backfires.

The key to beating the Oilers is staying 5 on 5. I have never seen a team more reliant on their power play in my life. Credit to them, it’s a damn good power play, but still.
They are brutal 5 on 5.

Last 2 shifts after LA scored I saw 2 Oilers water skiing behind the Kings on an odd man rush and a missed highstick at the end.
Shockingly the Oilers don't get called!

The trouble is this team matches up best against them. Vegas doesn’t have the goaltending. Colorado is a bit of a shell of themselves.

I have nothing to say regarding the number of PP’s for each team. However, what is a penalty one way is not being called against the other team. That is a fact.

It did doom them, the Ekholm deadline pickup changed everything. Luckily they're still struggling in net though, and the usual playoff hiccups they have. They only look good against the Flames
