Anyone who thinks that the Yankees get all the calls should watch their games for a while to count how many pitches 6” below Aaron Judge’s knees are called strikes.
MLB umpires are bad all around.

Heading into this series im sure most of us had this game chalked up as a loss... Now watch them win this one. Playing Judge and Donaldson in my FD line so hopefully that brings a jinx to them

Good news today,
They're facing Severino who has the second highest ERA of all Yankees starters.
Bad news it's only 2.80.
Wild that Cole has the highest starter ERA and WHIP on the Yankees with 3.33 and 1.07 respectively.
Oh and they mash with the highest OPS in the league.

Ok. That was 4 inches off the plate. Why is Espinal getting squeezed so badly?

only 4" you're rather generous, it looked 6-8" off.

Kinda nice the Yankee can just tell the ump he was hit and then get first base.
I mean, he might have grazed him, but why does he get to just point where he was hit? Either you're hit or not. Didn't know you could just tell the ump where you were hit and he'd give you first.

Kirk throwing darts out there. That's one way to help Kikuchi out.

Waking the 9 hitter to lead off should be an instant pull. There was no way the greatest team that has ever played wasn't going to score that run.
Kikuchi sucks lol.

He's so hit and miss. That's what's frustrating. Just not dependable enough. If you want to be a serious contender you have to upgrade that spot.

Hate to be a Debbie Downer, but this kid just can't stay healthy. What a shame.

That's too bad. Pearson is going to be a case study on what not to do as a top prospect if this keeps up. He got too focused on spin rate and trying to throw as hard as humanly possible rather than learn to trust his stuff and pitch. It was so unnatural what he was trying to achieve that of course his arm is going to be destroyed.
