Kind of a sidebar but no where else to put it . . . . . Penny and Leonard on the Big Bang Theory, who dated and broke up in fictional life, were also dating for two years before breaking up in real life.

Actress Kaley Cuoco has stunned Hollywood by revealing she and her Big Bang Theory co-star Johnny Galecki secretly dated for two years.

The TV stars fell in love when they started shooting the hit comedy and managed to keep the romance under wraps by never going out in public together.

She says, "We dated for almost two years... It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together."

And the only thing I can think of is, "What would Wolowitz have to say to that?"

And since we're gossiping, some dish on upcoming Chuck and the Big Bang Theory in Ausiello's EW column today:

I was definitely seeing the cheese factor till the last couple of scenes. It kind of took an interesting turn at the end that should make me tune in next week.

I don't think it will be gritty and edgy, but that doesn't bother me too much.

HIMYM needs to end, like, this season. They're already in a downwards spiral, and the show has no purpose once the mother is revealed, so they might as well try and go out on their own terms.

I guess Barney could get a spinoff, but that would probably just end up like Joey v2.

I thanked your post because I agree 100%. Ted is an awful character, totally unlikable and the show definitely suffers since he's tied to it's core like a boat anchor.

Anybody watch the premier of LOLA (Law & Order: Los Angeles) last night? How was it? We recorded it and will watch it tonight, but I'm curious.

Not very good, unfortunately. It's almost like Dick Wolf has deliberately created a bad show to get back at NBC for canceling Law and Order (TOS).

So I PVR'd a couple episodes of the Big Band Theory to see why it gets a bunch of buzz. To me, it never looked funny, but based on reviews and word of mouth, I thought I would give it a fair shot.

Wow, this show is plain awful IMO. I barely laughed once. Just not my kind of humor whatsoever. I gave it three episodes and went in with an open mind and low expectations. Ugggh, how that guy won an Emmy is beyond me. He's irritating and never funny.

Sorry to piss off BBT fans, but this show is brutal. IMO of course.

You can't believe he won an Emmy? Jim Parsons is an awesome actor and Sheldon is a god among men.

I mainly watch the show for Kaley Cuoco though. She is the hottest person to ever graze the earth.

The Indian guy annoys me, Walowitz is hilarious and Leonard is 'meh'.

It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but the season premiere of Caprica is October 5 on Space:

It's weird, but I've been generally liking it to date. . . . .

Anyone watch Family guy last night? What a horribly boring and un-funny episode.

Cleveland Show was probably some of the worst 22 minutes of TV in the last 25 years.

It was brought to my attention that the laugh track for The Big Bang Theory is really intrusive, and now that I am listening for it, I cannot watch the show, its so annoying, and happens at every moment funny or unfunny.. Not enjoyable.

It was very, very painful. Very disappointing as I thought the series was gaining some momentum.

The Simpsons, Family Guy and the Cleveland show were all terrible, American Dad was ok but below its usual quality.

To me the Sunday Night Cartoon thing is rapidly losing steam.

I found myself watching a fairly boring episode of Amazing Race and Undercover Boss instead.

Laugh tracks are like training wheels for people new to comedy. The show has to tell you when to laugh.

I like BBT but could do without the laugh tracks as well.

I didn't think the first 10 were great, it was still good but it was always going to be impossible to meet the high expectations after BSG, but from the stuff I have seen from critics the new episodes are supposedly very good

I really don't like laugh tracks either, but it isn't just bad in BBT, it is horrible in every show that ever used them. Laugh tracks are stupid and unnecessary.

But Americans need them because then they wouldn't know when to laugh.

In green because everything I say about Americans is taken so seriously.
