Coach K's best coaching job ever. This isn't even close to the best team he's ever had, but it may be the best TEAM he's ever had.

They are impressive as a cohesive unit.

Grant Hill was interviewed on the Dan Patrick Show this week. He said that he, Bobby Hurley, Christian Laettner, Jay Williams, and one other former Dukie played the starting 5 from this year and beat them rather easily. Hill had legitimate concerns about the direction of this year's team.

To see them come together and get to the championship game is quite a feat. Coach K deserves every ounce of credit he gets.

I'm shocked there is no mention of "The embrace".

To me it doesn't matter how weird it looks. I gained a lot of respect for Huggins today, and I liked him already. I'd think that there wouldn't be many other coaches that would do that.

Decent article about it here: http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/201...uggins.butler/

On a lighter note, luckily for Butler he had about the ideal guy to help him off the court in Kilicli.

Not a great game for Duke to decide to play mediocre.

Hopefully they can pull it out over the last 10-5 minutes.

Gotta give credit to Butler, they make good teams look bad with their D.

I am more concerned with the defense that Duke is playing more so than the offense, as well the really poor rebounding.

Although it is tough to judge either team with the odd reffing that has gone on in this game.

Butler just keeps coming back. Knock them down, they get right back up. One of the most resilient teams I've ever seen. They will not go away.

I am surprised at the rebounding as well. I thought that is where Duke would really control the game/boards and give them the huge advantage.

The defense in this game has been absolutely incredible.

The continuation calls that Duke has gotten a couple of times makes me want to puke. A foul on the floor is a foul on the floor. This isn't the NBA.

With the calls he got early I am suprised Haywood didn't just charge recklessly into the paint and wait for the refs to bail him out.
