I can't believe you got a Porsche! Actually, maybe I can. Mrs. Table must be a very understanding wife. Too late on the snow bit!

Actually, Boxsters and Caymans are shockingly nimble in snow with a good set of snow tires. They are a perfectly balanced car.
And may I ask where you bought you Golf?... ahem.

LOL, that has to be the most mismatched avatar to ride combination. With that Avatar I was expecting a '70 Chevelle 454 SS, or a 79 Dodge power ram...lol.

It looks like that pic was taken at a dealership, especially with the angle the of the photo, trying not to show it was in a car lot.

How about a 328xi AWD wagon?
Absolutely beautiful. If I was a family man, it would be my ride.
Similar to the one on our lot, but ours is white. Only 46000 kms too.
I could cut this loose for $31,700 + tax. 3 series wagons are awesome for resale, because they have a very dedicated audience, but are pretty rare at the same time. This is the 'Jeep Grand Cherokee' of the euro market.

I thought it was at an odd angle for a car you own, looks like a sneaky pic...

I want that car. My budget won't allow that though.

I change cars at least once a year. Trying to sell this one now but to be honest, for the first time I really don't care if it sells. Very impressed with the quality. 2003 G35.
I always consider the leasing of a new car for write off purposes but always get cold feet thinking about monthly payments vs owning outright.

Got it at 5th Ave Auto Haus. Eric Williams was my salesperson. Overall, a very good experience.
I hear the Cayman is a good winter vehicle for a Porsche - I think the problem is that Table does not have his winter tires on yet! I also think that the Cayman is one of the more attractive Porsches.

I could picture you driving a 1 series. Does your place have a garage, or will you just park it in your vag?

I think she was just tired of me dragging her all around the east-coast to look at random cars every weekend for 3-4 months. Either way, I snapped it up before she had a chance to change her mind...and before that Mrs. was official.

On the road from NYC as we speak.....on the summer tires. Definitely bellow freezing in the mornings, and apart from the tires being bone hard and making you feel every crack in the road, traction has not been an issue (knock knock!). Praying for no snow though....
