I can't believe how worked up you're getting over a game (that nobody is forcing you to play) that cost $1. My resources also never really increased until I got more than about 10 territories. I simply attributed it to the cost of resources to maintain your territories. I'm not sure if that's the case but it makes more sense than having a tantrum.

Raoul, please send us a message about the issue you're having with the resources: support@bnid.ca. We'll do our best to get it sorted for you. We haven't heard of resources not generating and with a new update being released in a couple of days we want to make sure it is not a glitch in our system. Make sure to send us your user name too.

Just so everyone knows, whenever a territory is taken over for the first time it is given a random resource type. Each night at 1am mountain time you are given more resources based on the number of territories you own and which resources those territories contain. You must be the owner of the territory to receive the resources. Resources are then used in attacks.

We're very happy with the support the game has received from the Calgary Puck community. It's cool to see some of the same passion we have for the game in some of your posts.

But seriously, I haven't noticed the problems you've been talking about. If there are bugs like that I'm sure BNID will get it sorted out for you and maybe it will save the rest of us some hassle, too.

There's a gps-based game called Parallel Kingdom on iPhone and Android, but it seems more like a MMORPG than a strategy game. I haven't tried it, and I'll say it doesn't look as fun as Own This World.
