This game so far can be summed up as a turnover fest!

Gonzaga up 39-36 at the break. 9 turnovers is sloppy, Elias Harris has none and Demetri Goodson has one and the rest of the starters have two apiece that is not acceptable. Omar Samhan who may be the player of the year in the WCC had 14 points and 6 boards.

They're on a more impressive run than that. Wichita State's Greg Marshall took them 9 times before moving on to WSU 3 years ago.
Speaking of Wichita State, they play Northern Iowa for the Missouri Valley Conference Championship tomorrow afternoon. The teams split the series this year with each winning at home.
The Shockers have to win to dance. Their resume is not quite good enough to get an at large bid.
GO SHOCKERS!

Not sure what to think of the Zags going into this years WCC tournament. The emergence of Bouldin as the team leader has really been a nice surprise, and is another example of the kind've people and players Mark Fews system produces. Sure would've been nice to have had another season of Austin Daye playing beside him. With Bouldin being the only really regarded senior this year the future does look bright for GU especially with the development of Bol Kong and Harris.

Oh I agree, especially with how they've handled St. Marys this year. I just meant, as the tournament starts, I'm still not sure what to think of this team when it comes to the NCAA tournament what kind've Zags team will we see show up on those neutral courts vs some of the NCAA top teams?

Normally this time of year I start paying a lot of attention to college BB in order to have a little idea on how to fill out the dozen brackets i always get roped into...this year i have no desire to watch...kind of weird. Maybe the Olys have overloaded my sports desire for a while.

Zags taking it where the sun don't shine, some of those bubble teams must not be happy about this result. Thank god most people are considering Clemson a lock.
