Seattle's possibly in the running for Houshmanzadeh as well. That or Crabtree, in the draft if they wanted to fill that hole...but now that Crabtree's combine was poor, hopefully that thought is out of SEA's head.

Better to spend that money you'd pay a top 8 draft pick, on an established reciever then risk it on a young one, and SEA has other less sexy holes that could be filled in the draft by decent players.

Crabtree also has an injury that's going to require offseason surgery. I think Seattle would be smart going after an established guy like TJ. I used to like Crabtree in the draft but I'm really liking Heyward-Bey out of Maryland. Dude is a stud.

Am I the only one that found that funny?

I think Robiske will move into the first round too. Guy was Eddie Royal at the combine

EDIT: I could see him ending up in a lot of different places. Packers, Giants, Jets, Ravens, Eagles, Cardinals (if they trade Q), Niners, Raiders, Dolphins, Bucs, Jags, Titans, could all use big receivers.

I could also see him heading to San Diego.
What are your thoughts on letting Tra and Dawkins walk? I sure would have liked to see both of those guys in Eagles green once again next year....especially Dawk. The guy had a phenomenal year last year and is my all time favourite Eagle.

I also don't like going into free agency/the draft having both starting tackles leave via free agency. It will be an adjustment for McNabb to not have Tra to his left and Runyan to his right.

I still think they'll bring Dawkins back. Most of the rumours out I've heard is that Runyan will go but Dawkins should stay. Thomas is 50/50.

So Albert Haynesworth is headed to the Redskins...for 100 Million dollars over 7 years. 42 million guarenteed.

Thats a WHACK of coin for a D lineman, though he was a beast the last couple years for sure.

Also being reported that the Broncos are meeting with JJ Arrington and Correll Buckhalter.

Also just reported that the Skins have also signed DeAngelo Hall for 54+ Million.

I'll the Redskins EVER learn their lesson? Hayenswoth is getting paid now, so I expect him to become the lazy player we all expect him to turn into. And apparently Washington didn't learn from the Raiders mistake in paying Hall.

One or both of these giant signings will blow up in their face.

Snyder still thinks he can buy a Super Bowl by the looks of it. As a Chiefs fan I got excited about maybe getting Haynesworth for a second or two, since they desperately need defensive lineman in the biggest way. Still, rarely do these big money free agents produce as well after they move teams. There are exceptions, but they are rare. Good for Haynesworth though, took advantage of the market and set himself and his family up for life.

In other exciting news, Guard Brian Waters reportedly wants out of KC saying he did not like the arrogance of head coach Todd Haley and GM Scott Piolli (Piolli refused to meet with him).

Sirius NFL Radio is reporting that Cleveland Browns TE Kellan Winslow has been traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for undisclosed draft picks.

Eagles are apparently close to signing OT Stacy Andrews. Good move if true. Both Andrews brothers in Philly would be huge. Shawn was originally drafted as a tackle and could easily be moved back there, with Nick Cole or Max Jean-Gilles filling in at guard. Sounds like the offensive line won't miss a beat.

Niners re-signed Rossum, and have signed a fullback. They are denying reports that they are in the TJ Houshmandzedah hunt.

I just hope they don't throw a lot of money at someone again. Patience, there will be some good players for a better price there tomorrow.

Niners have also asked Alex Smith to re-structure his contract and if he refuses it is being reported he will be released outright.

Vikes trade for Rosenfels....not sure that will help.

It was not immediately clear what the Vikings gave up to land Rosenfels, but the Houston Chronicle previously reported it would be a fourth-round draft pick.
