I saw parts of one of the games against Sudbury, but not enough to get a real sense of what to expect on Friday.

This is the first Mem-Cup with 2 US teams since '98 (Spokane and Portland), and, if I'm not mistaken, the first one with US teams from 2 different leagues?

Saw one Sudbury-Plymouth game on Sportsnet, but it was a game where Sudbury just ran over them.

Then again, Plymouth is a team that dropped over 80 shots on Sudbury in one game this series, so they arent exactly scrubs.

On the Shaw telecast last night, the crew was really quite dismissive of both Plymouth and Lewiston when talking about the Memorial Cup.
