Watching the replay on my own it was a hook on the hands for Huberdeau preventing the shot. And Tkachuk with a high stick which caused Huberdeau to lose balance and his skate hit Ullmark as well.
So the hook or high stick, take your pick.

He certainly reacted like he was. Hard to say because SNET didn't show us another angle.

Chabot hooked him and Tkachuk high sticked him, should have been an easy call for the ref that's right there

So Zary gets hooked in he last OT with no call. And Huberdeau this OT with no call.
