I think Parekh got a two handed slash across his wrist near the end of the game by some no talent London player. Hope he’s ok.

Sam Dickinson is having an incredible season. He is on pace for well over 100 points, and could get it even with missing games for the WJC. That would blow away the numbers by Zayne and Bru last season

I believe I had him 4th-overall, and the 2nd D-man available in the draft. I tried to fend off all of his detractors....

I was reminded today that Sam Dickinson was drafted with the pick acquired in the Erik Karlsson trade

Doesn't a Match Penalty carry a suspension?

It is said in the OHL Rule Book (and those of other leagues) that he is suspended until the Commissioner rules on the incident. In other words, I would think it's just a question of how long he's suspended.

Having watched the incident, I suspect it might be a game? Don't have a second to post it but seemed more careless than outright malicious.

The kid who slashed him is a known goon, and even more sad is his brother had/has the same reputation…

The slash was absolutely nasty, so hard that he broke his stick over his forearm.
