I'm all for them beating the Oilers but winning 1 or 2 games doesn't make them a new team. Flames were 5-1 to start last season

Y'know, the conspiracy theorist part of me idly wondered if the NHL scheduled the Coilers back to backs against the Canuks hoping to gift the Oilers 2 'easy wins' to jumpstart their season. Of course, that's crazy talk, but...the Oilers losing 2 games I'm pretty sure they thought they'd cakewalk through is pretty amusing.
