In my humble opinion, that change/swap of a major player is immense. Especially since Tkachuk will carry any line he is on and play almost any style of game, skill or rough.
So, what you're saying is that Bill Zito was correct in labeling him a unicorn?

Bobrovsky is flashing the glove confidently. He's feeling great.

I think I need some times to get over my anger toward the first one, IDK, may be I'm being petty. But I have and will always love Sammy.

Bennett can be such a benefit but he's really dumb at times.

Tkachuk and Fox can screw right off though.
I feel the same way but it seem like Tkachuk might be our only hope from the unthinkable happening.

I'd rather see a summer of Tkachuk on South Beach on his golf cart with the cup chilling with his buddy Frank Costanza.

Sam Bennett and dumb untimely penalties name a better duo.

This is how I view it. Albeit, I am a Flames fan for the organization itself for some god for saken reason, not due to the city. Which is why if they were to have moved, I would still have been a fan. I think I chose the Flames as a kid cause everyone was an Oilers fan to be honest.

That was Dom from the athletic.

Zito called him generational.

He’s laughing last so far, that’s for sure. I thought Tkachuk was much more limited and would be outscored by Gaudreau out of the two expats. But Tkachuk has sure had an impact. It’s year one of course, but short term results are obvious.

In the current NHL, yes.

You know I saw a Leafs player scrape a lightning player with 2 mins left Saturday in front of the ref and no call. Cuthbert and Simpson go " well hey you miss calls sometimes". Tonight of course O'Reilly gets one and they are incensed about it.

You could make an argument that a major or double minor penalty at the end of a game in a PO series should carry over.

Toronto really pushed at the end there, but Bob looked like his vintage self.

Time to pull this one out after that win!

He was going somewhere - he could be doing the same in Jersey.

Agreed keeps the dumb stuff out of the game.

But these refs sucks they would just miss the calls.
