Sell all but keep the two goalies. We can draft first in 2024

It’s a good thing the Bruins have missed the net 3 or 4 times. Would be 4-0 if they did.

Frustrating period, for sure. Vladar has to stop those, and players like Eat Bread need to score on fantastic chances. Which is too bad since they were easily the better team. And yet here we are. Just have to keep it going in the 2nd and hope for the best.

Even the Yotes score once in a while.

Vladar tried to save that with his torso

similar to the first goal, where he A) lost his positioning, and B) tried to move his torso to the puck, instead of throwing out the blocker

But DeluxeMoustashe says no one knows anything about goaltending, so it must be that Boston is getting shots from better places

Score is likely the same no matter who the goalie is, Vladar or Markstrom. Keep the young stud in the minors, don’t want him up here stopping the puck.

Try to figure out what type of team you want to build from a big picture perspective now and start planning for that, ideally ASAP.

I am choked that the Flames saddled themselves with Huberdeau. It completely neutered their off season.

That first goal was brutal on Vladar, but also, there were 4 flames players back and not one player stepped up to close the gap. They just left Orlov skate into the slot workout anyone touching him.

Missed most of the first period in gridlock getting to Dome.

Got to my seats just in time for the second BOS goal.

Think I will give up and go home.

I think we have to give Treliving a break. He's actually one of the more trade-happy GMs in the league. He has swung some massive trades. He is very capable of selling players at this year's deadline.

Flames have bad defense and can't score. And forget what I just said, it's all their goalies fault.

Wow so if everything keeps going as is the Flames will have 57 shots for vs 15 against and still lose, 6-0 story of the year. Time for a shakeup in the net, can’t see any call up or trade being worse then what we have currently seen.

Vladar was bad for sure, but it can be both. Can't be missing open nets against the Bruins. That was a tap in.

He has not sold since 2015 so he may be rusty at selling.

You are still optimistic for this team to make the playoff with the goaltending we have ?

Vladar owes this team an apology or a dinner or something.

He was totally unprepared to play this game tonight. You would have thought HE just had the baby with how slow and unengaged he was. Just inexcusable to fail your teammates like that.

That was a nearly perfect period of hockey by the skaters...absolutely sewered by a ####ty goaltending performance. Vladar is all of a sudden looking like Rittich did right before he got traded away.

I'm so sick of this story. Same thing all year long no matter who is in net. Change the record.

New goalies next year please. I'm done with both.

Absolutely dominated the best team in the league, gave them nothing, generated several good scoring chances, and trail 2-0

That's true. But he traded away some veterans for good returns when he first started. The Glencross trade. The Russell trade. Those two spring to mind.
