Wow. RBR craters in the closing laps.
Can't stand Hamilton lucking into a podium.
But....Haas! Way to go Magnussun! What a return.
I'm all about McLaren and Aston Martin and Williams this year so it's not a great start to the season, but at least they aren't a cratered RBR. Holy.
Congrats to Ferrari. They were the class of the field today.

3 out of 4 Red Bull power plants failing in quick succession - oops. Would love to hear what is going on there.
Hamilton lucks into a podium - that man has had more horse shoes up his arse than I can count.

Double mechanical failure on final couple laps could not have happened to a more deserving team.
Mercedes gets lucky with 27 points to RBR 0 but the are miles away from actually making this a 3 team race, at this point.

Kind of love watching Max have a meltdown, but he's right to be pissed. That's an awful day for Red Bull.

How is managing to keep a sub par car in fourth place all day lucking into a podium? Red Bull made a mistake somewhere, demanding too much from the power unit maybe?
Glad to see Ferrari back on top, hope this is a good indicator of the season to come.
Loved listening to MV’s helmet fire. Kinda want a screensaver of that pass on Leclerc with sparks flying, didn’t keep the spot but it looked awesome.
The best teams are still the best, but the field will even out a bit I’m sure, will be a few races in.
Next week I look at qualifying results before u make my picks ��.

That was definitely interesting. Russel can hang with Hamilton, so good for him. Bottas in 6th, too.
I wonder if Merc can get their engines working better, not much chance for upgrades this season. Stupid green fuel. RB has to be stressed about their PU. Eeek.

I also wonder about the porpoising. AM and Merc are apparently both losing almost a second per lap because of it.
Other than the fuel change, I’d expect engine gains to be nominal since there’s a freeze. It’s why Ferrari’s crazy ass resurgence is a bit of a surprise

AM and Merc were the only low rake cars in 2020. They were both affected most by the aero changes in 2021. To see them affected most by porpoising isn't surprising at all.

Happy for Ferrari. Don't like the team but really like both of their drivers so I can deal with this just fine.

Yeah I’m super disappointed with how far down Mclaren have dropped. I hope they can figure it out, but that’s a huge deficit to make up.
I like Sainz a lot so I’m happy if Ferrari is winning as it hopefully means he’ll get a shot at a race win.
Hope to see RBPT figure out what happened with the engines/fuel supply and return to keeping Mercedes out of the top 4. Less Lewis please!

Who said it was a surprise?
The point is, if Merc can fix the issue without sacrificing downforce and regain that 1s per lap, they’ll be competing for wins.
