They may be missing players for the Labor Day classic at this rate.

I really wonder how fractured a team is going to be after they lose their first paycheque. Do you cut the guilty players who aren't vaccinated and caused the outbreak?

^^ Depends if they’re good or not IMO. Although they may not have a choice if word gets out (at least internally) and everybody knows player “X” caused or contributed to it. Addition by subtraction.
Could be traded too.

A lot of these players aren't even making that much with the shortened season. Losing paychecks is going to sting.

I hope the Elks take the loss and lose their paychecks. This is ridiculous. Imagine they end up getting a rescheduled game for the last week of the season and end up knocking a team out of playoffs or making it?
On a side note a friend of mine is a sideline ref. They used to have 48 hour testing before every game for them but stopped it now due to costs...

Why spend $$$$ on 48 hour testing, when the vaccines are free and you can mandate them?

I think Farhan Lalji tweeted out the other day that tonight's game should have been forfeited to the Argos instead of postponed with the hopes of rescheduling which is what I thought was going to be how Ambrosie was going to handle these types of situations (send a strong message to get your team in order).

It should have been forfeited but this is the CFL and nothing is as simple as it seems. I imagine forfeiting games means that TV money is lost and I'm sure the league wants to avoid that if possible but the way the schedule is this season there's not really a lot of space to be rescheduling too many games.

Stamps position chart for Sunday's game against the Bombers - Also of note is that Andrew Harris will be back for Winnipeg on Sunday.

Sometimes I really hate CSEC. I wanted to buy 8 tickets to labour day so I go online and discover I can use my AMA membership to get a discount of 20% per ticket. This basically brings the ticket price from $47 down to $38 per ticket (keep in mind regular price for the cheapest seats are normally $38 but they jack it to $47 for labour day). Sounds like a good deal to me! I go to order and discover there is a max purchase of 6. In a time when the CFL can use every single dollar and ticket sale possible, why they hell would they place a cap of any type, even on a promotional offer? I called the ticket office and they said there is nothing they can do, my numbers are too big for the promotion and too small for a group offer (minimum 10). So instead I hung up and went to Safeway and bought 8 tickets for $22 each. We plan to move to the section I was originally gonna buy in since there are a lot of seats left. They could have sold 8 tickets for $38 each. Instead they sold 8 for $22 each. Sometimes I question the powers that be….

You couldn't buy 6 tickets, then in a separate transaction buy the last 2?

Matt Nichols should retire. It's painful watching Ottawa on offense. I'm not sure when they will score another TD again as they haven't even threatened in the past two games.

No way Winnipeg wins the 2019 Grey Cup with Nichols as QB, the best thing that happened was Nichols getting hurt and the Bombers bringing in Collaros.

100%. We were even 5-1 at the time and no one was upset he went down. Check down Matt Nichols is awful. I dont know why Lapo would start him unless he was saddled with him.

Looked to me like receivers were offside on the big play for Winnipeg. Rarely gets called, and it happens all the time.

I thought the very same thing - The guy at the top of the screen was at least a couple of yards past the line of scrimmage when the ball was snapped.
